Yoga Fusion

Yoga Fusion fuses yoga, functional mobility and strength training with power, flexibility, and athleticism. This class is designed to help you become more proficient at whatever sport you participate in, from martial arts, wrestling, golf, strength training, tennis and more using your body and traditional yoga equipment such as blocks and straps combined with wooden dowels and stability balls. This new enhanced Yoga offering is sure to be a hit!
