LIFTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEENS

Designed to introduce teens to weight lifting.

GOALS:

  • understand different exercises

  • equipment usage

  • safety

They will gain knowledge on how to create their own workouts tailored to specific goals. Whether it's building strength, increasing muscle mass or improving overall fitness, teens will gain support that wil help them feel more confident in the gym. ​

When?  

TUES 3:30-4:30

Full / Fitness Member: $75

Program Member: $85

Non-Member: $85
