AQUA STRIDE
Small Pool Location:
Designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, AquaStride fosters a supportive atmosphere aimed at enhancing cardiovascular fitness, balance, posture, and overall well-being.
AQUA ZUMBA
Small Pool Location:
This class is a low-impact, but fun and energetic full body workout that combines the exhilarating moves of ZUMBA with the resistance of water!
WATER WARRIORS
Large pool location: Strengthen & tone your muscles while increasing cardio endurance. Low & High impact moves including runs, kicks, jumps, twists, suspension & resistance work.
WATER WORKOUT
Small pool (90 degrees / 3 feet deep). Low to mid impact class which helps gain a range of motion & strength. Work with equipment and water resistance as well as water walking to increase cardio endurance.

Combines the challenge of traditional boot camp drills with the resistance and buoyancy of water for a full-body workout that’s both effective and joint-friendly. Strength-building exercises , cardio bursts, sprints and more!

BOUNCE & BURN

Low-impact, high-energy trampoline full body workout for beginners thru advanced designed to torch calories, boost endurance, and tone muscles by combining cardio, strength training, and core stability to give you an exhilarating and effective session

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

Holistically improve whole-body strength, endurance, and coordination. Target multiple muscle groups.

LADIES THAT LIFT

Designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, AquaStride fosters a supportive atmosphere aimed at enhancing balance, posture, and overall well-being.

LONG RIDE

Cycling enthusiasts and those training through the winter, this extended session simulates a challenging outdoor ride with varied terrains, including hill climbs, flat sprints, and steady endurance segments. Set to an energizing playlist, Long Ride will help you to stay fit and focused through the colder months.

MUSCLE & MOBILITY

By working on Functional Movement, we will explore our bodies’ range of motion and increase strength and muscle by using fitness and mobility exercise based in a variety of movements from yoga, mobility training, weight training, Kettlebells and more to improve mobility while addressing any difficulties/pain you have in various ranges of motion.

PILATES REVIVAL

This dynamic group exercise program incorporates full body strength, stretch, and stability through a fun combination

of bodyweight and Pilates props! Appropriate for all fitness levels with opportunities to modify or advance movements as needed.

STEP & SCULPT

Get ready to elevate your fitness routine with Step & Sculpt! This high-energy class combines classic step aerobics with targeted strength training for a full-body workout. You'll exercise

while moving through fun, easy-to-follow step patterns designed to get your heart pumping. We’ll incorporate resistance exercises using body weight, dumbbells, or resistance bands to sculpt and tone your arms, legs, core, and glutes. Perfect for all fitness levels.

WEIGHT WELLNESS

This class is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve sustainable weight loss through proper nutrition.

YOGA FUSION

​Fuses functional mobility & strength with power, flexibility & athleticism.

YOUTH PROGRAMS meet 1 x per week throughout the session. 

Youth and Teens
INTRO TO TUMBLING & ACTIVE MOVEMENT

AGES 4-8 Join us as we learn the basics of tumbling and active movements! Classes will incorporate the fundamental skills of balance, flexibility, and body control, which will provide the building blocks for furthering gymnastics and parkour skills. Students will work to improve flexibility, strength, body awareness, and focus on technique to ensure safety.

LITTLE BALLER'S BASKETBALL

AGES 4-6 Focusing on participation, building confidence, and having fun, participants will learn the basic skills of basketball. Kids will learn the fundamentals of passing, dribbling, and shooting in basketball, all while being able to meet new friends, and learn in an active, non-competitive, and engaging atmosphere.

SPORTS

Ages 3-4

This program is designed to create a nurturing and engaging environment for both parents/guardians and children to bond and develop essential motor skills and physical coordination through 4 exciting sports (basketball, soccer, football, and volleyball)!

LITTLE CHEFS CLUB

AGES 3-12* 

Practice basic cooking fundamentals, kitchen skills, and safety. This hands-on class includes a new homecooked meal that you can take home or eat in class, your very own recipe book, and a personalized chef's apron.*Adult is required to attend class with any participant 8 years old or younger.

JUDO

Large pool location: Strengthen & tone your muscles while increasing cardio endurance. Low & High impact moves including runs, kicks, jumps, twists, suspension & resistance work.

PARENT CHILD SWIM LESSONS

AGES 6 MONTHS - 3 YEARS

Children progress from water adjustment to basic skills while working with parents. One adult must be in the water with their child at all times. 

PRESCHOOL SWIM LESSONS

For children ages 3-5 years teach children how to be comfortable in the water and develop basic swimming skills. 

SCHOOL AGE SWIM LESSONS

For children ages 6-14 to teach water safety and basic swimmng skills including floating, swimming strokes like front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. 

BARRACUDA SWIM TEAM

We are here for fun, teamwork, healthy competition, belonging and empowerment, and for the pursuit of a personal best! This may be through the accomplishment of finishing a practice or swimming at a regional event; we have a place for all!

COMMUNITY WELLNESS

12 WEEK $0 Grant funded wellness programs ensure our ability to offer equitable access. 

Offered to anyone who has been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes who wants to have a healthier lifestyle. A prescription and release to exercise from your physician is required for enrollment. 

LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and wellbeing following a cancer diagnosis. Survivors increase strength, develop supportive relationships and increase their quality of life.
