STORY TIME
Join us for a delightful hour of enchanting stories and creative crafts designed especially for young children.
Each session features a new, exciting tale followed by a fun, hands-on craft that brings the story to life. It's the perfect way for little ones to explore the magic of books while developing their creativity and making new friends.

YOGA FUSION WITH JOHN

Join certified Yoga Instructor John as he leads the group through this modern take on traditional yoga. Yoga Fusion fuses functional mobility and strength training with power, flexibility, and athleticism. This class is designed to help you become more proficient at whatever sport you participate in, from martial arts, wrestling, golf, strength training, tennis and more using your body and traditional yoga equipment such as blocks and straps combined with wooden dowels and stability balls.
