PILATES REVIVAL

This dynamic group exercise program incorporates full body strength, stretch, and stability through a fun combination

of bodyweight and Pilates props!

 

Appropriate for all fitness levels with opportunities to modify or advance movements as needed.

5:30pm - 6:30pm
