My name is Abby Andrulitis and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and one of the group exercise instructors! I come at fitness from a mental health standpoint– I encourage my clients to engage in physical activity as a way to feel more in control of their bodies and lives. It’s both an outlet for stress and a way to foster confidence and regain independence. My goal as a trainer is to help others see movement as a way to make themselves feel strong and capable. Outside of the gym, I love to explore the outdoors, cook, and watch movies; I also work in the film and television industry!

My name is Julia Solecki. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I fell in love with movement through dance and I love helping others continue to move their bodys in the ways they enjoy for longer! I am also a lover of running, weight lifting, and pilates. Outside of fitness I am an actor, singer, and dancer. I am a graduate of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music with a BFA in musical theatre. You can catch me performing professionally around CT and MA with local theatre companies or with the Hartford based choir PRIDE 247-365! I am excited to help you reach your fitness goals whether it is injury prevention/recovery, general wellness, sports specific or anything in between!

Hello! My name is Lisa Loomis-Davern and I am an NASM certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. I'm also a mom of 3 and an educator. My passion for physical fitness started as a love of dance. Since college, I've stayed active running, hiking, biking, strength training, and practicing yoga and calisthenics. Inspired by my mom, who's been active her whole life, I became a personal trainer to help others lead active, happy, healthy lives and reach their fitness goals at any age or stage. With a focus on functional fitness, I will tailor workouts to your needs and goals, incorporating strength, mobility, stability, and plyometric training.

My name is Nicholas Smith and I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with four years of experience in strength and endurance training. Fitness and anatomy have always been my passion, and I love exploring how the body moves and adapts to challenges. I enjoy anything active that gets the heart rate up, from weight training to hiking—anything that pushes both the body and mind. My goal is to help others build strength, resilience, and confidence while developing a lifelong love for movement. Ultimately, nothing motivates me more than seeing people push past their limits and become the strongest version of themselves.
