Abby 10.2024.png

My name is Abby Andrulitis and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and one of the group exercise instructors! I come at fitness from a mental health standpoint– I encourage my clients to engage in physical activity as a way to feel more in control of their bodies and lives. It’s both an outlet for stress and a way to foster confidence and regain independence. My goal as a trainer is to help others see movement as a way to make themselves feel strong and capable. Outside of the gym, I love to explore the outdoors, cook, and watch movies; I also work in the film and television industry!

David 10.2024.png

My name is David Koski Jr, I have been married for 4 years! I love to sing, play piano, and do anything physical to stay active and train my body. I love to play football, and basketball. I have competed in 2 body building competitions and many powerlifting competitions. I have my associates degree from Manchester Community College and a bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University in Biology. I really love helping people achieve their fitness goals and get into routines and habits that they can use for life! Dave is a certified personal trainer through ACSM.

Our Commitment to Inclusion:

The Y is made up of people of all ages and from every walk of life working side by side to strengthen communities. Together we work to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, faith, gender, gender identity, ideology, income, national origin, race or sexual orientation, has the opportunity to reach their full potential with dignity. Our core values are caring, honesty, respect and responsibility—they guide everything we do.

The Northern Middlesex YMCA does not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, including the use of bathrooms and locker rooms. YMCA patrons are permitted to use the bathroom and locker room of their gender identity. If any patron would prefer more privacy, that patron may use our co-ed locker room and/or our individual bathrooms located in the Lobby or Family center. The YMCA is committed to adapting our policies as we continue to evolve and create a more inclusive environment for all.
