Monday-Friday:  5:15am - 8:30pm

Saturday:           7:00am - 4:00pm

Sunday:             7:00am - 4:00pm

Closes at 1pm on Sundays during Summer.

FROM PORTLAND:

Cross the Arrigoni Bridge onto Main Street Middletown. Proceed to the end of Main Street (approximately 6 traffic lights), heading toward the Church Steeple. The YMCA is on the corner of Main and Union Streets. Take a left onto Union Street . Parking is in the back of the building on Union Street.

 

FROM HARTFORD:

Interstate 91S to Exit 23S (left exit in Rocky Hill) to Rte 9 South. Continue on 9S to the 3rd Middletown Exit – Harbor Area - deKoven Drive. Take a left onto deKoven Drive. Take the first right onto Union Street. The YMCA is on the left. Parking is on the left as you approach the building.

 

From NEW HAVEN:

Interstate 91N to Rte 691. Continue on 691 into Middletown . At the intersection of Main Street, take a right, and continue to the corner of Union Street (5 lights). YMCA is on the corner of Main and Union Streets. Parking lot in rear of building.
