Flow & Flex is a low-impact group exercise program designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall movement quality. Through a combination of dynamic stretching, static holds, mobility drills, and breath work, participants will improve their range of motion, joint health, and body awareness. This class is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels—whether you’re looking to recover from intense workouts, improve daily movement, prevent injuries, or simply feel more limber and energized.
